Disclaimer:  I understand the basic issues of the human mind, and the fluctuating control of the Id, Ego, and  Super-ego.  The Id represents the unorganized instincts and drives.  The Ego functions on ‘the reality principle’ which satisfies desire in a realistic paced and longer term pathways versus choices that will bring short-term grief.  The Super-ego guides towards perfection through guidance and socially appropriate focus. [see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Id,_ego_and_super-ego ]  So some mud-slinging smarty pants MAY try to argue that as a defense mechanism, when one of these three components seeks to control the brain, IT MAY BECOME SO STRONG AS TO AUDIBLY PRODUCE SIGNALS TO REINFORCE THE NEEDS AND DRIVES INNATELY CONTAINED IN ITS STRUCTURE.  In other words, putting a microphone to an artificial voice given to a particular part of the consciousness, and a speaker placed in the ears so has to over-ride the brain’s reasoning structure.  This synthetic strength would bypass thought processes, and manifest in human abnormal behavior.  This phenomenon described might be labeled as psychosis or multiple personality disorder.  However, the proliferation of electronic signal saturation, and plain dirty trick playing harassing individuals, may seek to create a false diagnosis by employing undefined or unsuccessfully prosecuted technologies and techniques.  Perhaps some people’s brains are more susceptible to penetrating radiation, some may be just plain targeted. Gary Sklaver is the attorney that told me, in Attorney Fretel’s office, ‘you can’t stop us…’  Around that time, interfering but audible sound bites and streams started to blend in to my television and radio broadcasts.  I am postulating that these interfering signals are two-way conversations that are similar to the systems that are used by municipal agencies to communicate with each other or some high frequency signal designed for the same purpose .   These conversations seem to place my speakers in the middle, and become decoded by use of a simple signal scanner or ham radio setup.   I performed this step by using a free online scanner, scrolling through the channels, and finding where the blended sound-bites match what are emanating over other non-networked but powered speakers attached to other broadcast medium, connected to unrelated media streams…

This phenomenon seems to match another case Attorney Sklaver was involved in, where not his client, but his opposition faced some sort of similar harassing tactics.  This gentleman later was discredited, signed over his business ownership, and then is quoted of feeling ‘other’ forms of non-traditional manifestations of terror.

As author Molly Ball wrote in her piece ‘A Grab for the Wheel…’ in the Yale Herald Online,

Spoerndle signed over control of the club—he claims he was told the agreement was temporary. Now, thanks to a 12-step program, he says he’s been sober for over two years, but he’s still locked out of Toad’s. In May, he filed a civil suit in New Haven Superior Court, claiming Phelps took advantage of his debased condition and fraudulently induced him to give up his property.

“At that time, I was totally out of my mind. I mean, I was in and out of eight or 10 psych wards. The aliens were at my house, I thought,” Spoerndle says. “And, you know, people sometimes take advantage of people who are out of their minds. But there are laws that protect people.” Spoerndle hopes that those laws will eventually put Toad’s back in his hands. …

“I’m not the hotshot I used to be [Spoerndle] , but I’m happier, I’m more at peace,” he says. “I’m extremely grateful I lived through it, grateful to be free. I believe I was allowed to live so I can help others.” Spoerndle currently devotes his time to volunteer work at 13 detox and rehab centers in the area, “helping people get out of that tortured place and have lives.”

Spoerndle’s lawsuit alleges that Phelps “knew that Michael Spoerndle was suffering from mental and physical problems which rendered him incapable and incompetent to han-dle his own affairs” and took advantage of this knowledge to “induce…Spoerndle to sign away his property and his right to control over the Toad’s Place business.”

Phelps and his lawyer, Gary Sklaver, declined to comment on the suit.

Unfortunately, I am unable to contact Mr. Spoerndle about his experiences, except perhaps by séance.  In this case, though years have passed since the suit was initiated, [circa year 2000].  Mr. Spoerndle was found dead in his East Haven House in 2011.  Brian McCready of the New Haven Register reported [Posted: 05/07/11, 12:00 AM EDT]:

“NEW HAVEN — The man who made Connecticut rock has died. Mike Spoerndle, 59, of East Haven, who founded the legendary New Haven music club Toad’s Place in 1975 was found dead in his home Friday. JOB APPLICATION TO CT DOL, ATTN. COMMISIONER PALMER

In regards to the CT DOL, Commissioner Palmer, and Data Integrity…

It is an embarrassment and an unacceptable issue that when the CT DOL has correct information for a person, that they repeatedly key in erroneous data.  This creates new records in the database, and puts holes or tattoos in the permanent records.  My correct name is ANTHONY MAISANO III.  Every year the CT DOL creates a new name for me; Anthony I, Anthony J, Maisano A, Anthony J III…etc.  It is beyond unacceptable.

It is bad enough that I had over $2,500 earmarked in my account which Federal Republicans clawed back.  This almost resembles CORRUPTION WITHIN THE OFFICE.  Why does the DOL need to change my name at EVERY SINGLE ENTRY POINT?  Are they assigning my money to undocumented workers?  Get on the right foot Commissioner Palmer.  Your technicians are not performing correct work.  Maybe you should hire me… I have seen enough shenanigans to do the job correctly.  I could do this job.  I have no political affiliations or political debts to repay.  I don’t worry about telling someone that they are LYING.  Too many times I have heard, ‘Just stay patient with us…’  The State of CT is out of extensions, and Federal Republicans think America is back to full employment so here is my message:  CLEAN IT UP!

So here is how the CT DOL Technical Support Staff responded:

After the automatic phone queue told assigned me a one hour call back time, the staff member calls back one hour LATE.  So after two hours, some giggling, being put on hold, the technician jokingly responds, ‘So how do you want your name spelled?’  I told him the same way it was entered previously.  You would think that the CT DOL database, the Federal SSN database and the CT DMV database would be cross-linked.  So the technician says ‘OK Guy, all set.’  Followed by ‘Bye Guy.’

Strange attitude from someone who is trained to respond to these particular situations.  Sarcasm is not required or asked for.  When D.C. discusses how to pay for extensions, perhaps doing things right the first time, or firing sarcastic ignorant people who are only working to collect a check, not uphold the standards of quality, would be a good way to start.  Then again, they seem to be following the lead of their supervisors, all the way up to the GOP elected officials.  Talking to someone over a phone or through the air over distance inspires great courage.  Guess that’s why these type of persons don’t do much face to face meeting.  They should be fired without pay or severance…

Plain and simple– the GOP Knuckleheads slacked off all 2013 and passed NONE of the critical legislation to help clean up America’s Economy.  Immigrations, Tax Reform, Job Expansion.  Nothing.  My family’s biz is being run by some of these same GOP zombies.  I have been unemployed for a year while “they” get their act together.  I was told to stay home or perform some questionably unethical activities.  When the economy didn’t turn around, the bad business practices have cost infusions of $100,000 to $200,000 each round.

They laugh because the State of CT Unemployment Insurance pays.  Their focus is providing bad work references for me;  not cleaning up their bad business practices.

Here’s my point:  the economic cycles can’t adjust fast enough under the SHOCK the GOP is about to put them in.  The ‘laugh in’ is about to go very quiet when constituents feel the chilling effects of economic shrinkage and the rising cost of heating oil.  The best part about waking up each morning is my realization of the GOP’s imminent demise.  Paul Ryan & Co. will finally be banished to the ‘Dunce Zone’ where all balance sheet cheats belong.

The GOP’s voodoo is about to be reflected back on itself.  Stay warm!

WHY NO WORKING PERSON WILL EVER VOTE FOR THE GOP AFTER 12/31/2013

The GOP is making a terrible regarding unemployment compensation extensions for 1.3 million Americans this Christmas 2013…

Depression and Crime rise in times of economic uncertainty, and the GOP is further dividing the USA into have’s and have not’s.  This latest maneuver of failing to fund unemployment is an excuse to act on something the party doesn’t like looking at; its failure to address Immigrations, Tax Code Corrections, and Permanent Job Creation.  The GOP failed all summer to do anything productive.  The GOP failed when it shut the government down, destroying economic progress and setting up this current issue.  The pain that is about to be created is hanging over the GOP like a guillotine over their heads.  If the GOP simply proposed to EXTEND THE SCALING OF WEEKLY SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS TO PEOPLE MAKING OVER $100,000 PER YEAR, THIS SITUATION WOULD NOT EXIST.  But because the GOP has no courage, unemployment funding, SNAP, FOOD STAMPS and other critical subsidies must wither, or worse; have their budgets sacrificed to protect lobbying interests.

There are no good jobs out there this time of year; it’s too close to Christmas.  Further, no corporation will hold seasonal employees past January, due to the normal spending contractions consumers feel when their December credit card bills arrive.  This is historical fact.  Finally, any small part-time or low wage jobs are seasonally scooped up by students off on break or home for the holidays.  They are naturally willing to accept temporary conditions because it fits with school plans.  These are not good jobs…

WHAT COULD THE GOP POSSIBLY BE THINKING?  If the GOP really wanted to cause this pain for working America, they should have cut funding after Thanksgiving.  They could also propose funding the extensions until January 31, 2014.  Each option, one considerate, one sadistic, would give the job seeker clarity on their budget and needs assessment.  Each of these options would also give the labor force time to ‘adjust’ to the forced labor dumped upon them.  Of course, the job creators will love not having to give raises to current employees because of the new set of desperate workers frantically searching for work.

America needs skills re-training that dovetails with their respective employment databases.  Currently, the DOL recommends things that have historically worked for job seekers, NOT WHAT TYPES OF SKILLS ARE BEING DEMANDED IN REAL TIME.  And no database sets an unemployed worker on a point to point path, starting with a real job opening in their current database, working backwards to skills training and funding for that training, all along asking the question, ‘Is this timeline feasible?’  Most often, by the time the new skill is acquired, the job opening or job trend has passed by or closed off.  Obstinate thinking like this further demeans the unemployed, and makes inefficient use of State and Government Funding.

Here is my recent experience of being trapped by the GOP ignorance machine.  Thankfully, there are considerate people on both sides of this issue.  But all are powerless to stop the Menacing Bully GOP tactic of crashing this recovery AT ALL COSTS because they just don’t like The White House’s and DNC’s programs.

To the GOP and Tea Party Members:  Good Luck when you get back to your local districts.  Your embryonic safety zone of DC will be unable to support you in your ‘Real Worlds.’

Subject: quick note

I wanted to send a quick note in regards to the CT DOL letter I just received.  I have not exhausted my 52-week claim.  I worked for three weeks, and was unjustly terminated by Bristol Paving.  I won my hearing, for the number one reason of ‘NO PARTICIPATION’ by Bristol Paving.  I was also threatened with an appeal of my DOL claim by the owner against my unpaid labor hour claim, which I dropped to avoid a nasty situation.  Looks like the GOP has granted his wish…

COMMENT:  15 minutes may be a small amount to complain about, but THE LAW IS THE LAW…

When my unemployment compensation was re-instated, I received a letter which stated I had six months of claim time left overall, and I should re-apply after December 31, 2013.  The letter I received today made no mention of reapplication, just benefit termination.  I feel like I shouldn’t buy any Christmas presents now.  Wonder how that will go over.

My family has been making a total mess of my deceased father’s family business, and also with probate court.  My complaint is being heard next week.  I have chosen to file a written complaint only because if I physically testify, I may be asked about business activities which will cause permanent relational damage.

I will be applying after December 31, 2013, and I EXPECT reinstatement of benefits according to the letter sent to me by the CT DOL, which I saved.  I have been applying to three jobs per week, as directed.  I have also been preparing to take my Project+ Comp / TIA test.  This test costs $265 to take.  I am planning to wait until after the holiday to register and purchase my voucher, to enable me another credit cycle to pay this bill.

I realize these are difficult times, but this is exactly why I am writing this letter.  As of right now, Christmas is Cancelled.

When an unemployment claim is filed it is set up for a one year time span called a Benefit Year (BYE) in which a person is payable for 26 weeks of regular state unemployment or until the end of the BYE at which time a new claim should be filed to see if they are payable for a new BYE. Normally, that is all that would be paid but since 2008 the federal government has had an extension, but unless Congress takes new actions that extension will end as of 12/28/13.
In your case a claim was filed effective 12/30/12 setting up a BYE of 12/28/13. You were paid 26 weeks of regular state unemployment ending as of 6/29/13. Since that time you have been paid on the federal extension but the last week that will be paid is for 12/28/13. Since your BYE ends as of 12/28/13 the next week you would call your TeleBenefits line and select option # 3 to file a new claim to see if you can be paid a new 26 weeks of regular state unemployment. We can never tell anyone in advance if they would be payable a claim must be filed.

I understand, sir.  And I apologize for the harsh words.  But the three weeks working for Bristol Paving and the DOL hearing that followed, coupled with my family situation [not paying creditors makes things difficult for all with the same name], has made me become ultra cautious.  Still and all, this GOP opinion doesn’t give a whole lot of clarity for Christmas spending.Further, I had to float three to four weeks out of my savings before the ‘big machine’ heard my wrongful termination.  WHAT SEASONAL JOB WOULD HIRE ME FOR 2 TO 4 WEEKS, STARTING TODAY, 12/13/2013, THEN ENABLE ME TO BE IN ANY BETTER CT DOL SITUATION AFTERWARDS?

The DOL needs to be protective of its funds, no doubt.  But, I have to be protective of my life.  I don’t think I will be voting for the GOP any time soon…

In response to the Obama heckler, executive privilege, and, I guess, a documented immigrant male ‘married’ to an undocumented female …

I offered:

The GOP must bring its ‘A’ game. Then the 2% job creators must stop forcing the ‘average labor’ wage down by importing waves of fresh immigrant labor each season– with no regards for the infrastructure necessary to support them… And when the GOP stops accepting lobbyists money to protect this scam: I would ask the heckler ‘which wife should we protect?’ I worked with a fellow named ‘Danny’ [Jo-Jo]. My brother told me he was the best at his craft in the state of CT. His best friend [Mark] used to joke he once ‘killed someone.’ He carried three to five cell phones every day. Bunches of cell phone cards were always tucked next to the many photos of women and children. Had a wife and kids in Ecuador [names unknown]. A ‘wife’ in New Jersey [Janelle]. A local ‘wife’ named ‘Emma.’ A ‘wife’ from Puerto Rico who came to visit a few times [‘P.R.’, ‘Texas’]. A few other ‘wives’ that used to call while the rest of us worked.  [stay away from Meriden, Jo Jo, you have enough wives…]  When Jo-Jo couldn’t urinate, my mother paid about $30,000 for New Jersey, New York and Meriden, CT hospital bills [mom’s statement].  He probably checked himself in as me, because without good identification, WHO ARE YOU?  Now my brother employs another look-alike, Gustav, to shade the imposter Jo-Jo.  Of course, Gus is ‘married’ and has children.  How many wives are we up to now?

This story is not meant to stereotype. This story illustrates exploitation.  Executive privilege is not a magic wand to banish the chaos the GOP and Job Creators have wished for.  This undocumented, partially documented and mostly documented personhood problem makes a minotaur’s labyrinth of America’s data collection systems.  Citizenship carries responsibilities to your home, your relationships, the law and your country.  If the word ‘citizen’ is what truly describes the people the heckler was shouting about. Would the heckling man wish this change on all the ‘players’ out there, or when he was out with his boys, checking the chicas? Where is home when wives and children dot the World Map?

We all ‘dream’ of doing the right thing. Maybe it’s time for the GOP and Job Creators to put their money where their mouth is and make their employees fully VISABLE. After all, it is the 2% who are promoting this invisible nation of anarchy, our United States of Exploitation.

These 2% Turkeys do not need executive pardoning.

Apologize.  I think the GOP should APOLOGIZE to the citizens of America.  My Uncle D is a long time, red shirt wearing, senior citizen GOP supporter.  [curiously, see for vote predictability:  http://voterfactory.com/Ches/Cheshire_CT_E-Deangelo_Christopher-Deme_1105.html ]  He was recently diagnosed with a l***r ailment, type unknown to me.  He is a person that would say to me, ‘You didn’t get your government stimulus 2% payroll tax cut because you are a Barack Obama supporter.’  Existing pre-existing limitations would have eliminated him from all coverage plans… unless he used someone else’s blood or previous test sample, or someone could log in on the medical or insurance side and change someone’s personal information.  The Affordable Health Care Act will save his life.  Thank you Democrats and all who voted in favor for no pre-existing condition limitations.  And thank you Barack Obama and all persons in the medical and insurance industry for having the vision to provide correct coverage which WILL enable America to rise from the slash and burn ashes GOP fires which have been set.
I think it is time for the non-supporters to apologize.

How about some Tips?
I got in first try.  Here’s what I did:
1.  Windows 8 IE has some tricky code with website based protection shielding the user and the computer; try opening two instances [two windows, each healthcare.gov, simultaneously with IE browser],  click ‘login’ on both, wait a few seconds… the hardware on the .gov site is blazing fast.  This should force the remote server to recognize you.  IE 10 is MUCH safer and protective, but tendency shows unless the developer is a Certified Application Developer and / or gets their code Signed,  IE 10 acts ‘more protective’ rather than assuming the user knows what they are doing.  I am sure part of this is proprietary coding, but with the addition of ‘Smart Screen Filtering,’ I am glad that keyloggers and other data traps have to work to intercept my communications.  And the hacker DO work harder to intercept my data.  Just saying, be glad some entity is out there thinking safety first.

2.  Try Firefox 32-bit.  Easy Peasy first shot almost cruise controlled me [no pun intended] to the finish line.  Watch the auto-negotiating communication message status box in lower left of browser fly.

3.  Open IE AND Firefox 32-bit, both with same site healthcare.gov.  Sit back and wait about 45sec for text message to drop on local phone.  I was amazed.  A little more ‘out of the box’ and a little less ‘let’s beat the new kid up’ goes a long way.

Screaming and finger-pointing does nothing to advance solutions.  With this in mind, many insurance companies may use customized software written in a variety of languages and stylistic structures.  Anyone who has tried to mend together legacy code and dated software into a new front end application will describe a myriad of pitfalls.  Critical to this is COOPERATION on the insurance provider side.  Unfortunately, a business who wishes to maintain a competitive advantage will be less likely to play nice at the park.

Spending money on blocking forward movement is just as foolish as shutting down the government.

Form Entry:

Seems the next issue is the website retaining and passing information into its screen flow destination.  Thinking about my experience, Connecticut is not listed as a state able to utilize the HealthCare.gov Price Plan Purchasing part of the site, and CT is not listed in the drop-down box.  When I tried to create and login in to my new account, and enter into the personal information section area anyway, I was still asked to provide my location.  In a Listed State Application Fill, my guess is either the drop-down box has not been correctly activated, passing the State of Residence onto the Insurance Plans Screen, the plans are not linking to customer information because Listed Plan Providers are not previous providers in the state, or the market is trying to test prices without giving away the national lowest price.  This is the Insurance Providers fault, or responsibility to accept the hand-off and modify their algorithms.  Regardless, I think the error lies in the ‘State of Residence’ field, segment of code, or acceptance by providers to provide similar prices for similar services nationwide.

This could be temporarily remedied by creating another screen to display the retained records on one side, and the ‘base plans’ on the other.  Screen 1, login / create account.  Screen 2, individual or family personal information field entry, existing screen three now split in middle to add display of new customer data on left, scrollable, ‘base plan or stock plan’ offerings, scrollable, on right.  So the creation of a new container or array to hold the customer information has occurred.  Next, a new screen 4, when website and providers are on board, the mending of the two halves of screen three to show discounted prices tailored to criteria determined.  A button would allow purchase or carry over to payment verification and payment data.  Screen Two could later be followed by a 2a, ‘Detailed Customer Information’ with a link to add family members after individual plans were considered.

It would seem I am jumping into the shark tank, but I would encourage observers to look behind the VooDoo the GOP hecklers are creating.  Big government fear is the fake hole in the floor filled with pillows, or the anima-tronics wax museum special effects oozing with red liquid corn syrup.  A giant illusion generated to scare the travelers and natives alike.  Health care reform is exactly that– a market creation tool to enable total capitalistic expansion and new player entry.  Welcome to the world people!  True, this new marketplace is different from walking to the corner block and buying health, auto and home insurance from three different boutique shop owners; who you just sat next to at morning breakfast at the local diner.  Value needs to be created throughout all economic classes because the working public has spending needs and concerns of more impact on the economy than the chip-stacking 2% who wish to bully the rest by the power of their portfolio.  The effect of GOP economics IS the definition of the Master / Slave relationship creation.  Funny we punish Paula Dean when she is the mouthpiece of MANY 2%’ers, regardless of the color of the other 98%…

The real scare is the increase of situations like D.C., Newtown, Colorado, fill in the blank, is the increasing rate of their occurrence.  Regardless of psychological classification, it’s not the video games; it is the reality of human condition that our Wayne LaPierres’ are creating.  Frustration that rises to the level of causing harm to fellow human beings is a response to the ‘Your My Slave’ mind programming that has been forced into the 98%’s brain cells during this past ‘recovery.’  ‘Hear that voice in your ear?’  The feeling of never getting out of the pit weighs heavy on the American public.  The drama of the situation manifests itself in the bound and tied shackles that even prevent President Obama from ‘taking a long moment of silence’ for the victims of the latest D.C. Tragedy.  It’s not becoming business as usual; it illustrates a pattern of unwillingness of the GOP led Congress to do what is best for the majority of the people who have voted.  Factional groups must have a voice in a democracy, but they cannot be allowed to write or PURCHASE the scripted parts for the hard-working Americans.  The GOP knows for them, their theater is just illusion.  After getting a good adrenaline bump from their own creation, they can go home… but for the rest, roles are cast and until Congress becomes better stewards of human life.  98% are doomed to wander around in this B-movie Zombie Apocalypse, reading opinions of how America is failing instead of building a foundation for real prosperity.

The Syrian Ba’ath party seems to have the bone structure of a democratic or parliamentary-like assembly.  This would lead me to believe in a free voice society, the population of Syria loves their home, however varied the tribal backgrounds and religions may be.  Can the flesh be sewn back to the cleaved bones?  Hanna Batatu, an American Immigrant Historian born in Jerusalem wrote, “Under Assad the character of the Ba’ath changed … Whatever independence of opinion its members enjoyed in the past was now curtailed, a premium being placed on conformity and internal discipline. Is Bashar al-Asad acting on his own free will and accord, or is he being motivated [positively or negatively] into betraying the logic, freedoms, and rights that he has learned and appointed to his selected friends.  For further investigation, can a tribal assembly consisting of the many varying ethnicities meet in assembly, speak peacefully, vote their conscience and respect law passage, regardless of how order is determined.

The complication of being a writer living in America is our GOP party has been sluggish and partially destructive in their subjective governing, and their continued refusal to debate correctly and logically recognize women’s rights, freedoms of speech and privacy, worker rights to a living wage, rights to basic health care, and equal support in fortifying the foundation of the U.S. government. On August 30th, 2013, an interview with our past President George W. Bush on MSNBC recorded President Bush as describing al-Assad as a “leader who likes to make mischief.”    No government is perfect.  And as Secretary Kerry has mentioned, respect should be paid to the U.N. inspectors, and the work they do.  A quick solution may bring some type of current justice, but can it retro-actively affect decisions that were made years past.  History shows that government works best when it incorporates the thoughts, will and collective consciousness of all its citizens.  That requires citizens to remain alive and healthy, or be allowed to leave;  by their own free will and accord.

When I head about the Snowden Situation, I immediately felt a sympathetic cord ring inside me.  Not so much to take a side for guilt or innocence, but a sympathetic feeling of someone who has felt the invisible presence of having my personal space penetrated.  I initially thought I would write-up this great paper about the Prism Project.  I remembered about a book I read about Sam Israel and Bayou Securities.  No—better idea still, Danny Casolaro’s story would make a stronger backbone.  Then the X-Keyscore story broke and I had to clear my desk.  Today I just learned about the SOD* program [*see end paragraph, Rachael Maddow, 8/5/2013].  Of course, if all else didn’t inspire me, I could always write about The Monarch Program.

This is the nebulous soup described in the movie ‘The Fog.’  What is it, what is out there?  I think the reason I can’t sketch out what I am feeling because the metaphor used to describe the NSA program locked me into a dull charcoal.  It isn’t specifically that vast quantities of data is being ‘vacuumed up.’   That may be part of what is going on, but I am teaching myself to not fall for the shell game.  Someone described the entire scope as a giant squid, reaching out and sticking to everything.  I prefer the simile of an octopus.  It sticks and rips away historically stuck data, AND it extends into many areas of our daily life.  And when the diver detective gets close, it spits out an inky blot so nothing can be seen clearly.

The results of the trip wire that Snowden walked through displayed itself when I read the NPR Snowden Wrap-up article.  I heard what he said when I watched the live Q & A, but NPR put it into permanent text.   This young man said, in a stray but intentional thought lurking in the conversation, that predictive analysis can be applied to each and any person.  By leveraging many technologies applied against hard database data, a type of virtual ESP blankets any point on the globe.  This is an arms race for control over people’s brains.  But are we looking through a lighted keyhole or is the door finally ajar?

GREENWALD: Why should people care about surveillance?

SNOWDEN: Because even if you’re not doing anything wrong, you’re being watched and recorded. And the storage capability of these systems increases every year consistently by orders of magnitude, to where it’s getting to the point you don’t have to have done anything wrong. You simply have to eventually fall under suspicion from somebody, even by a wrong call.

And then they can use this system to go back in time and scrutinize every decision you’ve ever made, every friend you’ve ever discussed something with, and attack you on that basis to sort to derive suspicion from an innocent life and paint anyone in the context of a wrongdoer


When the horror of having all thoughts, conversations, relationships and activities monitored; reality asks how should we now defend ourselves.  I tried to imagine this electronic fog-space.  Snowden has described some of the best protective pre-emptive devices for harvesting information.  But if civil liberty was reset, old-fashioned boots on the ground won’t replace the now uncovered electronic warrior sponges.  Citizens are being asked to tolerate the eavesdropping to phone, written word, electronic conversations, and possibly brain wave thoughts because there is no alternative.  The operators may be required to broadcast an ‘interference’ layer which makes the citizen or spy alike think they are listening to or tracking someone else.  Like layers of a gob-stopper candy, each layer that gets dissolved reveals another hard shell and a new flavor of surveillance.  [really sucks]

Most thoughts I have written about pertain to waking hours.  But what happens when the target goes to sleep.  Can I be subliminally whispered to in the first few minutes of twilight?  Can specific pieces of personal information be suggested to warp the brain’s dreamtime?  When you know there is a monster in the shadows, but have little light and no experiential foundation to visualize what you think you feel, the eyes and imagination WILL draw out something more horrific than past perceptions.  And perhaps, we are so far off the curve of acquired experience, our imaginations are correct.  Expert systems combined with The Prism project, X-Keyscore and the Monarch Program have already been revealed.  Imagine the coming attractions; bio-engineered clones will impersonate human life. The Octopus seems to reach any place signals can create a dimensional atmosphere.  Politicians like Lindsey Graham appear to be in two places at on this topic .  The Prism Project seems a necessary part of modern data collection, but universal gun owner background checks appear to be too invasive. [Idea from MSNBC Rev Al Sharpton television show]  Another example is the insurance industry.  Prices are set and coverage is approved or denied.  Decisions are considered locked for fear of competitive reprisals.  The ‘carrot’ of privacy gets dangled in front of you eyes, but like the donkey, citizens are asked to just keep pulling that cart.  A final troubling situation arises when chosen individuals actually make a mistake or fail.  Forces move in to prevent disaster, and over time, failure is considered desirable.  Of course, the safety net won’t be there for regular people.  They are lured to replace the previous person’s disaster.  The magical enchantment encourages citizens to pay now, so another can repay an old debt.

I really set out to write about some of the spy vs. spy projects and devices.  I want to be sure I am factually accurate.  But I also have a sense that all of the revelations have not yet revealed themselves.  MY UNQUALIFIED GUT OPINION tells me the type of work Snowden performed for Booze Allen requires a back channel grey network to click back and forth in cases of data corruption.  This data corruption may originate from password hacking, packet theft, or ‘listening in’ to those who are listening in.  In order to separate the doppelgänger mirror image from the real operative, I WOULD GUESS in this type of scenario, one needs to step away from the shadow or reflection that one casts.  Who knows what authority is monitoring this grey network because the level of unknown about the front channel has become apparent through Edward’s revelations.  Who knows what happens to the data once it is acquired, reduced to text or storage, and sits on someone’s disk or desk.  Outdated versions of the tools could make their way into the secondary market.  One person’s junk is some unacquainted newbie’s treasure.

These tools still seem light years ahead of how the collective citizen mind is thinking.  If the bad guys use these tools, then the good guys should to, right?  I want to describe these tools as I see them.  They are the cane and spoon for the surveillance crowd.  I have a feeling they won’t live without them, now that they have been proven effective.  I just hope that someone will pass a law that protects my sleeping hours.  The one feeling that I know to be true is the longer I become acclimated to this new definition of privacy, the more time it seems I have already been living under its grip.  CAUTION:  Unconscious siphoning may have physical effects…
